We are PDH Legal Services Limited. Established in 1991(incorporated in 2012). We are a professional, reliable Process Serving Agency, that can undertake Legal Process of all type of Legal documentation and letters in Kent, Sussex and Greater London, on behalf of Solicitors, Lending institutions, Utility Companies and Private individuals. We pride ourselves on undertaking all work professionally, at short notice with speed and efficiency, in accordance with your specific requirements.
Our Process Servers are experienced and motivated to effect personal service quickly and to provide a Certificate of Service/ Statement of Service or a sworn Affidavit of Service to you, within days of instruction. If we are instructed to serve a private individual, we will make up to 3 visits, including an evening or weekend visit at a fixed fee. We can be contacted by telephone or email. We can collect any papers from Offices/Courts in Kent.
In addition, we provide High Court and County Court representation before District Judges/Registrars in the South East. All our advocates have considerable experience in Litigation/Insolvency practise and procedure. We can accept instructions at short notice. You will be called immediately after the hearing with the result and you will receive a full detailed written report within 24 hours.
